A place for campers in "Hell"

Helvetin Portti offers 22 electric pitches for caravans, motorhomes, and other travelers. The caravan area is located right at the edge of the Kankijärvi starting point and the restaurant's parking area.

The park features a lean-to shelter (laavu) with a campfire spot and a water point. During the summer, flush toilets and a baby changing station are available for our smaller travelers. Showers are also accessible for a small fee. During the winter season, dry toilets (outhouses) are available.

Just a short walk from the caravan park, you’ll find our exotic yurt sauna available for rent. Enjoy a summer evening in the warmth of the sauna, take a refreshing dip in Lake Kankijärvi, and spend the rest of your night enjoying cold drinks on our restaurant terrace!

Staying overnight without electricity is free of charge. We have plenty of space, so there is no need to book your spot in advance.

The area is equipped with 24/7 camera surveillance. We also provide adapters for electric pitches, so all types of power cables will work here!
