Pikkupirtti cabin

If you’re looking for a cozy little spot to rest during your summer travels, Pikkupirtti is the perfect solution.

This charming little cabin is located right in our home farm’s yard, close to the ostrich enclosures—yet your own peace and quiet is guaranteed. The restaurant and the National Park entrance are only about 500 meters away.

History: Originally built in the 1800s, Pikkupirtti served as a grain dryer for several generations before being converted into a guest cabin.

Space: Though it’s only 10 m², we’ve made the most of every inch! The cabin features two double beds and a sofa bed, providing sleeping space for 5–6 people.

Amenities: Dining set, refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, and tableware. The cabin is equipped with electric heating.

Facilities: You can rent bed linens and towels from us for a small fee. Showers are available at the restaurant, and a traditional dry toilet (outhouse) is located just around the corner.

Beach & Lake: The child-friendly sandy beach of Lake Luomajärvi is just 50 meters away. Guests also have access to a rowing boat for a relaxing time on the water.
