Just like our Gatekeeper cabins, Esikartano is a perfect choice when you need a convenient place to stay during your hiking or trekking trip. Of course, you are welcome to stay as long as you like!
Esikartano is located even closer to the National Park entrance, yet remains within the Kankimäki restaurant area.
Amenities: Refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker, and tableware. (Please note: the cabin does not have running water).
Capacity: The cabin has approx. 25 m² of living space, including a kitchenette and a terrace.
Sleeping arrangements: Accommodates 8 people in two separate rooms. One room features a double-bed style bunk bed, and the other has two single bunk beds.
Linens: Bed linens (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) and towels are available for rent for a small fee.
The shower and restroom facilities — including a baby changing station — are located at the nearby restaurant and are open 24/7. Just a stone’s throw away, you’ll find our Yurt Sauna for rent, where you can enjoy legendary steam and a dip in the lake. It’s also just a short walk to our home farm to meet the ostriches and wild boars!
Note! Indoor showers and restroom facilities are not available during the winter season. Dry toilets (outhouses) are available nearby year-round.
